You’ll need the following(Depending on the state, you may need more):

  • Proof of insurance
  • Copy of the lease (if the home is a rental)
  • Mission and vision statements
  • Resident agreement
  • Policies & Procedures (including house rules, rental agreement, refund policy, drug use/relapse procedure, etc.)
  • Declaration of non-discrimination
  • Manager’s job description
  • Code of ethics
  • Emergency procedures
  • Grievance policy and procedure
