Certify Your Recovery Residence with Confidence in California
In California, operating a sober living home requires certification through the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). CCAPP follows the standards set by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) to ensure quality and safety in recovery housing. According to CCAPP guidelines, a sober living home is defined as a residence that provides an alcohol-free and drug-free environment, peer support, and structured living for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Certification through CCAPP ensures adherence to ethical standards, safety protocols, and best practices, promoting a safe and supportive recovery environment.
