Empowering Change, Rebuilding Lives

At The Butterfly Journey, our mission is clear: to empower individuals with the skills, resources, and support they need for sustainable reintegration into society. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their community. Our structured program provides housing, life skills training, and support services to help individuals transition successfully.

Our Program Structure

The Butterfly Project operates as a non-profit organization specializing in social services. We partner with community organizations to provide housing referrals, job training referrals, financial literacy, and community service opportunities. This ensures that every individual receives comprehensive support tailored to their specific needs.

At The Butterfly Project, we understand that reentry into society after incarceration comes with many challenges. Our Reentry Services provide individuals with the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully transition back into the community. Through a structured, multi-level program, we help individuals with housing, job training, financial planning, and personal development to ensure long-term success.

Community Service Hours Assistance

Helping You Fulfill Mandated Community Service & Give Back to Your Community

At The Butterfly Project, we provide individuals with Department of Corrections-mandated community service opportunities by pairing them with local organizations in need of volunteers. We believe that community service should be meaningful and beneficial—not just a requirement to complete.

Butterfly Prison Transportation – Bringing Families Together

Help Us Provide Free & Discounted Visitation Services to Families in Need

At Butterfly Prison Transportation, we believe that family connections are vital to rehabilitation and reducing recidivism. Studies show that incarcerated individuals who receive regular visits from loved ones have a higher chance of successfully reintegrating into society. Unfortunately, many families face financial barriers that prevent them from seeing their loved ones. We are on a mission to change that.
